We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and in the same condition you received it
  • in its original packaging
  • including all accessories, manuals or protective caps (if applicable)

Returns that show signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened:

  • personal care and beauty tools that have been used
  • products without their original hygiene seals and packaging
  • sale items and gift cards

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately with a photo or video.
We will resolve the issue quickly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

There is no need to return items that arrived damaged or incorrect unless our team specifically requests it.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

We will provide the return address once your request is approved.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item or colour, simply return your original product and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
If approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the transaction.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
